Strickland House: 50% sold on launch day
Strickland House is 57 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments at 1 Veno Street, on the old Heathcote Hotel site. At the official launch on Saturday 24 October 2026, buyers secured deposits on 50% of them. With nothing built yet, the renders were how they saw what they were buying.

behind the DA, interior and marketing images.
The brief.
MHN Design Union needed exterior images to get 1 Veno Street through DA. Once it was approved, Mia Lake Interiors, a client of ours for over eight years, needed the interiors brought to life for the sales campaign.
The work.
The same model did both jobs. The DA exteriors became the marketing exteriors with a light refresh, and the interiors were built out from there.
The decision that set the tone was time of day: a soft, warm late light across every image, so the whole set reads as one place. Because everything came from one source, a design change updated every image at once.
Launch day.
Highland Projects brought Strickland House to market for Duffy Kennedy Developments, with the launch at Highland's Cronulla office. Here's the day, with the renders on display.
“An incredible launch today for Strickland House, with deposits secured on 50% of the entire development.”
Why it matters.
Off the plan, the image is the promise. Buyers committing on launch day are trusting that what they see is what will be built. That's why every image here was modelled from the drawings and the interior scheme, not generated.
