You wouldn't buy a product from an AI picture. Why buy a home from one?

Off the plan, the image is the promise — it's what buyers pay for before a wall goes up. An AI image is a guess at your project. A 3D render is built from your drawings.

And if a developer cuts corners on the picture, buyers wonder what else is being cut.

What buyers think.

And a home is the biggest purchase most people make.

Inaccurate images are a risk.

Buyers can walk away

In Ripani v Century Legend (Vic, 2022), off-the-plan buyers won the right to rescind after a render showed something that wasn't built. Contract disclaimers didn't fix it.

Regulators are moving

NSW now requires AI-generated or altered rental listing photos to be disclosed, with fines up to $22,000. Misleading marketing is already covered by Australian Consumer Law.

How we use AI — honestly.

AI makes us faster. It never decides what your building looks like.

Built from your plans

  • Modelled from your plans, to construction standards
  • Real, attainable camera positions
  • Your materials, physically based
  • Accurate light for real times of day

Where AI helps

  • Planting variation and weathering
  • People and vehicle detail
  • Textures made from real reference
  • Camera moves, checked against the model
  • Early ideas — kept inside the studio
  • Admin, so more time goes into your images

AI adds life around your building. It never invents the building.

Questions.

Aren't AI images cheaper?

Up front, sometimes. But an image that doesn't match the building can cost far more in lost buyers or a cancelled contract.

Do you use AI at all?

Yes — for supporting details, textures, internal ideas and admin. The building, layout, finishes, light and views always come from your plans.

How do I know a render is accurate?

Ask what it was built from. Ours are modelled from the drawings and finishes schedule, and checked against them before you see them.
