The Brief
MHN Design Union needed exterior images to get 1 Veno Street through DA. Once it was approved, Mia Lake Interiors (client of ours for over eight years) needed the interiors brought to life for the sales campaign.
From DA Approval to Marketing Sales
The Work
The same model did both jobs. The DA exteriors became the marketing exteriors with a light refresh, and the interiors were built out from there. The decision that set the tone was time of day: a soft, warm late light across every image, so the whole set reads as one place.
The Outcome
Launching to market soon. Both clients signed off on the look and feel without a change of direction. Building the interactive while the CGI and the design were still moving. Every render, animation and interactive asset had to come from one source, so a design change updated everything at once rather than sending us back to the start.
