Plans are enough to start. But the more of this you can send up front, the faster and more accurate your images will be.

The essentials.

Architectural drawings

Plans, elevations and sections. A CAD, Revit or SketchUp model if you have one — PDF is fine.

Finishes schedule

Materials, colours, fixtures and fittings, including the interior designer's selections.

Landscape plan

Planting, paving and pool details, so the surrounds match what's being built.

Site information

The address, a survey, and photos of the site and its views.

Launch date

When the campaign starts and when you need images in hand.

Where images will go

Listings, brochure, hoarding, social, sales suite — so every format is planned from day one.

Nice to have.

Images you love

Reference renders or photos that show the mood you're after.

Your buyer

Who you're selling to and at what price — it shapes the styling and the views.

Brand guidelines

If the project has a name, logo or palette, we'll keep the imagery consistent.

What buyers ask

Your agent's frequent questions are a great guide to which views matter.

Don't have it all?

That's normal. We'll flag what's missing and suggest sensible assumptions for you to approve before anything goes into production.
