How much do architectural renders cost?
It depends on what the render has to do. Here's what actually moves the price — and how to get a fixed quote you can budget around.

What drives the cost.
Number of views
Each view is composed, lit and finished on its own. A set costs less per view than one-offs, because the model is shared.
What you can supply
A clean CAD, Revit or SketchUp model saves modelling time. PDF plans are fine, they just take longer to build from.
Interiors vs exteriors
Interiors carry furniture, styling and finishes, so they usually take more work per view than exteriors.
Detail and lifestyle
People, styling, twilight versions and landscaping add realism — and time.
Design changes
Changes after modelling add work. Consolidated feedback keeps most projects to two rounds.
Timing
Tight deadlines are possible, but a rushed schedule can cost more than a planned one.
Why the cheapest quote can cost more.
An image that doesn't sell, or doesn't match the building, costs far more than the render did. And a model built properly once keeps paying for itself — the same model drives your stills, film, virtual tour and stage two.
How to get a fixed quote.
Send your plans, finishes and launch date, and tell us where the images will be used. We'll map the views your launch needs and come back with a fixed quote, usually within a few days.

Is it cheaper to do renders and animation together?
Usually. The same model drives both, so adding film costs less than starting fresh.
How long do renders take?
A set of stills typically takes two to four weeks. 434 Cypress Terrace was delivered in two.
