Project enquiry
Plans are enough. We’ll help build the rest.
Let’s get started.
We’ll reply with the questions, timing and next step needed to prepare a clear quote.
Or send any details to contact@rdvis.comWhat happens next.
No finished brief needed. Here’s how an enquiry turns into a plan.
We reply within one business day
You’ll hear back from Robert directly, not an inbox, with any questions we need answered first.
A 20-minute call
We talk through the project, the buyer and your launch date, so the scope fits the campaign, not just a shot list.
A clear scope and a fixed quote
Stills, film and interactive costed as one plan. Nothing goes into production until you’ve approved it.
Questions.
What do you need to get started?
Plans are enough. Architectural drawings, a finishes schedule if you have one, and your launch date. We’ll ask for anything else on the call.
How long does a project take?
Typically 2–4 weeks for a set of stills, longer for film and interactive. We’ll confirm a timeline with your quote.
How is pricing worked out?
Every project is quoted on its scope: the number of views, film length and interactive features. You get a fixed price before we start.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Most projects close in two rounds. You’ll get an update every Friday, so nothing surprises you.
Do you work outside Queensland?
Yes — we work with developers, builders and agencies right across Australia, and internationally.
Can you work from DA or planning drawings?
Yes. We regularly produce images for DA and planning, and the same model is then refreshed for the marketing campaign, so stage two starts faster.
Do you do animation and interactive as well as stills?
Yes. Stills, film and interactive are planned and costed as one campaign, including virtual tours, interactive masterplans and story-led project websites.
What will we receive at the end?
Everything delivered campaign-ready: print, web, social and sales-suite crops from the same master files, with interactive experiences live and tested.
Can the visuals follow our marketing campaign?
That’s the point of our Visual Narrative™ approach: we map the visuals across the moments a buyer moves through — vision, first impression, place and lifestyle — so every image has a job.
What happens if the design changes mid-project?
It’s normal. We build every image, animation and interactive from one source model, so a design change flows through the whole set instead of sending us back to the start.
