How many renders does an off-the-plan launch need?

Fewer than you think — if each one has a job. We plan views around the four moments a buyer moves through before they commit.

One job per image.

Vision

The hero exterior or aerial — the first image on the listing and the hoarding.

First impression

The facade, the entry, the lobby — what it feels like to arrive.

Place

Views, neighbourhood and amenity — what's around it.

Lifestyle

Kitchen, living, terrace, pool — the spaces buyers picture themselves in.

A starting point.

Every project is different, but these are good places to start.

A home or duplex

A hero exterior, a rear or pool view, and two to four interiors — living and kitchen, main bedroom, ensuite.

Townhouses

A streetscape hero, an aerial, and interiors of the main layouts.

Apartments

Hero exterior and aerial, lobby and amenity, interiors for each apartment type, and views from key levels.

Spend the most care on the first image.

The hero does most of the work — on the listing, in the newsletter and on the hoarding. Get that one right before adding more.

Questions.

Can we add views later?

Yes. We keep the model, so extra views and stage two start faster.
