The Brief
A luxury duplex mid-construction, going to market six months before completion. The initial "coming soon" campaign had run on the architect's own mockups. To launch properly, the agents needed images buyers would pay off-the-plan money for.

The Work
Same house, same design — the difference is what the images make a buyer feel. [One decision: I'd guess it's the lifestyle layer — the pool at midday, the towels, the surfboards, the light — so it reads as a Palm Beach home rather than a building.
The Outcome
Listed 16 January. Under unconditional contract within a week. Sold for $2,340,000, five months before the build was finished.
